Some of this is inaccurate. Depends if physician is an employee or an owner. Physicians should stop taking insurance and revert to cash practice.
Having just found out that the PA running a concierge practice in the small town I'm in is making about three times what my take home is I'm agreeing with Romil Patel on this one. I'm going to start another thread since that discussion probably distracts from this one.
