Great stuff! In my upcoming book, Connect(ed): The New Rules of Medicine, I compare current medical practice to the DMV and wonder why it can't be more like Disney World? The patient experience is neglected in all of discussion of health care reform. But critical to patients "doing" well is patients "feeling" well. It is so great to see how Dr. Lee is recreating a better patient experience!
